Customer Relationship Advisor: Bathgate with travel throughout Scotland

Job Title: Customer Relationship Advisor
Location: Bathgate with travel throughout Scotland
Reports to: PA to Directors

Description:
  • Act as a focal point for escalated customer complaints.
  • Support the successful resolution of customer complaints both orally and written.
  • Deliver to agreed service levels.
  • Manage more difficult, sensitive and escalated calls and support customers through their customer journey.
  • If required provide a face to face appointment to gain additional information and produce a comprehensive report of the complaint (with both written evidence, witness statements and photographic evidence as necessary).
  • Provide and maintain a comprehensive tracker of live complaints ensuring regular contact is maintained between the customer and line manager and ensuring customer resolution so the tracker can be updated.
  • Produce a monthly report for inclusion in Company board report with focus on trend analysis.
  • Delivery of training on complaint handling and resolution as required.
  • Ensure Form of Discharge is completed when required and that signed forms are stored securely electronically (in line with the Data Protection Act)
  • Ensure provisions are in place to protect and support vulnerable customers and that all staff have training to identify and deal with such customers.
  • Support a continuous improvement culture.
  • Support the senior management team in delivering agreed strategic initiatives.

Overview of Role Overview:

Everwarm are presently delivering framework contracts to our client in the North as a Principle Designer and Principle Contractor and have secured further long term work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can be tasked to manage themselves and also be a part of an overall team supporting all areas of the business. An experienced Property Surveyor to survey domestic properties throughout the North of Aberdeenshire. This will incorporate the delivery of upgrades to Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, roofing works and various other installs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking accurate measurements and generate drawings of floor plans for our Architectural Technicians, who then use a CAD software program to create the final plan
  • Detailing dimensions for properties and completing and submitting survey paperwork to our administration team in given timescales
  • Liaise with clients when working in their properties and are expected to conduct yourself in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
Skills and Experience:
  • Surveying experience would be advantageous
  • Experience in sizing domestic housing for creation of floor plans or full property surveys
  • Experience with Building warrants, EPCs again would be an advantage but not preferable
  • Good observations skills, able to carry out a dilapidations of a property
  • Identifying underlying issues
  • Customer service / sales experience to develop the business and build strong relationships

CAD Technician: Inverurie

Description:

Overview of Role:

We are presently delivering framework contracts to our client in the North as a Principle Designer and Principle Contractor and have secured further long term work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can be tasked to manage themselves and also be a part of an overall team supporting all areas of the business.

This position has considerable responsibility producing drawings for approval by our clients. This will involve reading and interpreting drawings from surveyors, applying technical knowledge of and providing design solutions. It will require liaising with customers and suppliers to acquire the exact end result. You need to enjoy being challenged: have self-motivation and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-moving workplace.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verification and control of documentation/drawings supplied, allowing Completion Certificates (Partial or Final) to be issued as part of the design approval process
  • Translate and convert hand drawings and sketches into CAD systems and redesign accordingly to mark-ups and specifications
  • Assist with the management and maintenance by effectively and efficiently controlling records within the Company's document management system
  • Creating and implementing work methodologies and strategies
  • Ensure highest standard of customer service by working to agreed business standards of service on time and quality delivery
  • Carry out any other duties which are appropriate to the post as requested by your Team Leader
Skills and Experience:

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • An HND in Architectural Technology is required although preference will be given to candidates who are degree qualified

Skills Required:

  • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and Windows IT systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Numeracy, analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and co-ordinate the delivery dates of drawings from several sources
  • To read and understand drawings and technical specifications and interpret them for requirement

Overview of the Role

The company is looking to recruit Electricians to carry out electrical work in the following areas: 

  • Central Heating Systems (Combi Boilers; S-Plan; Y-Plan)
  • Electrical Storage Heating
  • Renewable Fuels (Solar PV; Solar Thermal; Air Sourced Heat Pumps)
  • Electrical Vehicle Charge Points  Rewires (Kitchens and Bathrooms)

General Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • The work of an Electrician is varied and can include the following:
  • To install, repair, renew, test and maintain electrical installations as required, meeting all legislative requirements (mainly domestic).
  • Inspect, test and issue certification for all electrical installations and repairs,
  • Carry out fault diagnosis on site,
  • Prepare sites for safe working,
  • Keep up to date with required trade qualifications,
  • Report all non-electrical faults to the Line Manager,
  • Keep records of work undertaken, including maintenance & repairs work,
  • Comply with H&S policies and procedures and carry out on site risk assessments for jobs undertaken,
  • Attending training in support of position as instructed by management.

  • Installation of wiring for new showers and shower pumps

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications Essential: 

Employee will hold an approved recognised trade qualification such as City & Guilds, SVQ level 3 or equivalent.

You must be trained to current regulations (17th Edition), hold an inspections & testing certificate along with a CSCS or ECS card.

Desirable:

Renewable Fuels (Solar PV; Solar Thermal; Air Sourced Heat Pumps) – City & Guilds or equivalent BPEC Person Specification

Description:

Role Overview:

To manage the day to day operation of projects and have overall responsibility including client satisfaction and involvement. Controlling all elements of the contracts including staff management, project delivery, procurement, sub-contractors, supply chain, design, cost control, client liaison, Health and Safety. Negotiating with external consultants and clients, and ensuring that the client’s expectations are fully met. To manage on-site relationships with a variety of existing clients; develop new client relationships; understanding, interpreting and implementing a design brief, and being able to meet and deliver the client's requirements. Compliance with all Everwarm’s’ procedures and protocols.

Principle Accountabilities:

• To ensure that the Project target dates and the critical path are maintained

• To effectively monitor and control work flows and staff resources

• To provide professional expertise and assist the commercial team in building tender documents for both existing and new works.

• To proactively generate new works from existing contracts.

Financial Responsibilities:

Responsible accurate record keeping, ensuring that additional works are requested in a timely manner and agreed with the client. Ensuring that subcontract works are carried out in accordance with quotations and or specifications. Ensure site based prelims are kept to a minimum. Management of sub-contractors so as to maximise contract performance against KPI’s, minimise default notices and penalties and to ensure high levels of customer service. Compliance to Everwarm procedures.

Communications:

The jobholder will liaise with the tenants, client and agents of the client, branch staff, operatives, head office staff, other branch managers and employees from other companies within the Lakehouse group.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with the tenants, leaseholders, contractor partners, client and agents of the client to ensure clarity and consistency of communications and the speedy resolution of issues thus ensuring a strong and professional working partnership

• Developing programme of works to ensure deadlines are identified and kept thus ensuring penalty charges are not incurred and the critical path is maintained

• Timely production of accurate reports on progress for circulation to clients and internal teams as and when required

• Monitor all expenses generated by the projects in the operation of the contracts, liaising with the Commercial Team where necessary to ensure all costs are captured and recovered in a timely manner and in accordance with Everwarm procedures.

• To carry out pre and post works measurements in order for accurate client and subcontractor accounts to be calculated and leaseholder bills calculated.

• To provide specification and installation guidance to both clients and leaseholders

• To comply with Company rules and Procedures and to ensure this is done to subordinates and subcontractors’ etc

• To support and practice the Company’s Customer Care Philosophy to ensure customer satisfaction

• To follow the Company’s Equalities Policies in relation to other staff, customers and members of the Group, at a level appropriate to the post.

• To follow the Departmental Safety Policy, particularly with regard to the agreed Codes of Practice and Safe Systems of Work.
