Role Overview:

Efficiently manage electrical teams to successfully deliver high levels of quality and performance whilst being fully competent in all aspects of electrical installation work.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of your team; responding to queries and carrying out visits of works.
• Monitor and assess performance of team to achieve greatest efficiency and outputs. Agree with the Electrical Manager the volume of expected completed jobs per week.
• Assist with the resolution of problematic jobs.
• Attend and facilitate the resolution of customer complaints, including site visits and provide a technical overview.
• Become a key contact for clients to assist in developing relations and resolutions.
• Everwarm are approved contractors of NICEIC governing body. Part of role would ensure compliance for annual audit from governing body (preparing for the assessment and fulfilling role as Qualified Supervisor as defined by NICEIC). This will include supporting the Electrical Contracts Manager and Health and Safety department to prepare for internal and external audits.
• Ensure Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and standards are adhered to.
• Ensuring all certification and documentation is completed accurately.
• Monitor and implement measures to improve KPI's.
• Support recruitment of new employees.
• Ensure current staff are fully compliant with current regulations and Company procedures. Work with Health and Safety to ensure training matrix is up-to-date and support Training Administration team to ensure courses are booked in advance to maintain qualifications.
• Conduct probationary reviews with new staff members and performance reviews with existing staff members.
• Upskill staff via regular coaching sessions or toolbox talks.
• Complete WIP/compliance audit on field based employees/subcontractors. Implement any actions highlighted from these visits.
• Support Health and Safety Department by investigating electrical incidents and reporting accurately and fully.
• Encourage understanding of the need for quality of work and professional attitudes for future development of the business, creating an environment which encourages employee development, good employee relations, team building and quality standards.
• Be prepared to work flexibly with the possibility of work away from home and outside normal working hours depending on the needs of the business.

  • Gathering documents and files together in preparation for invoicing.
  • Methodically check each section of the document to ensure all details are accurate. This will vary depending on the job but as an example - customer/clients details are correct, measures selected are correct and installed, tenure matches tenure document, pictures are included if requested by the client, serial numbers are correct, proof of earnings/ID has been provided. We have successfully secured a new contract with our existing client to deliver a range of Housing Improvements and Upgrades in the North Aberdeenshire area. We are a Principal Contractor and Principal Designer for our client who holds a large stock of social housing throughout Aberdeenshire of which we have been a part of carrying out various upgrades to over the last 7 years. We are looking to secure the key people to build on our existing team to deliver the standards that will continue this relationship.

This role will be site based, working amongst a team of multi discipline trades to successfully deliver on time the programmed upgrades. With a qualified and experienced trade background essential. Previous work experience from within a similar industry desirable, but also having a good customer focus and Health & Safety experience expected.

We are looking for time served and qualified Joiners in the Aberdeen / Aberdeenshire areas. Working on a mix of scenarios in the properties you will be asked to carry out both 1st & 2nd fix joinery works to a high level of finish.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

Overview of Role Overview:

Everwarm are presently delivering framework contracts to our client in the North as a Principle Designer and Principle Contractor and have secured further long term work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can be tasked to manage themselves and also be a part of an overall team supporting all areas of the business. An experienced Property Surveyor to survey domestic properties throughout the North of Aberdeenshire. This will incorporate the delivery of upgrades to Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, roofing works and various other installs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Taking accurate measurements and generate drawings of floor plans for our Architectural Technicians, who then use a CAD software program to create the final plan
  • Detailing dimensions for properties and completing and submitting survey paperwork to our administration team in given timescales
  • Liaise with clients when working in their properties and are expected to conduct yourself in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
Skills and Experience:
  • Surveying experience would be advantageous
  • Experience in sizing domestic housing for creation of floor plans or full property surveys
  • Experience with Building warrants, EPCs again would be an advantage but not preferable
  • Good observations skills, able to carry out a dilapidations of a property
  • Identifying underlying issues

We have successfully secured a frameworks contract with our existing client to deliver a range of Housing Improvements and Upgrades in the North Aberdeenshire area.
 
This role will be to supervise site of all subcontractors, deliveries, operatives, plans and co-ordination therein to ensure projects are delivered within time to the required standards and safely.
 
 
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
 
Comply with the operational requirements of the Best Practice and Quality Procedures file to include, but not exclusively the following;
 
  • Maintaining Site Records, daily labour and plant allocation sheets, site diaries, Health & Safety Inductions, Method, Risk & COSSH assessments, toolbox talks, scaffold/ladder/access inspections, material logs and all other records as required.
  • Monitoring of Plant, equipment etc., its timely return, protection and security.
  • Prepare progress information for weekly reports as requested by Management.
  • Manage site strategy for Hazard Awareness and Risk Assessment to ensure compliance with Company Safety Policy, directives and instructions.
  • Ensure up to date statutory mandatory and informational signage including standard notice board.
